Illustration Friday: Flavor

Posted on | December 30, 2005 |

I use Indian ink waterproof pens in my notebook, following the contours my hand chooses randomly, letting the day’s weight fall away from me. I let crazy whirling color happen. A mosaic of possibilities is always waiting to unfold. Every possible outcome awaits.

at first i thought this was going to be something for Illustration Friday’s “flavor”… all those different tastes of color look wonderful together.

Quite a choice of flavours here, my favourite flavour is 2nd row 1st column.

Love your selection of flavours! They almost look like lino or wood block prints. Have a great 2006!

This is so cool…it has a Warhol-esque feeling, but very much “you” at the same time. The color choices are marevelous, creating rhythm and balance, especially with the patterns you created on top of the image. Beautiful, Christina:>
