Hooray!

I got the job!! 150+ applicants. 10 interviewees (is that really a word?), 2 final candidates, and I was it. WOOOHOOO!
And now I will continue with my happy dance (which really consists of tiling our new bathroom with my beloved husband, while the smell of apple blossoms wafts through the open windows, but still.)
Oh, and did I mention, they’re going to pay for grad school?
Happy dance. Happy dance.

Wonderful Christina! I have extra strength behind my congratulations because last week I got my first teaching job ever! I graduate this weekend from college and I beat out 20 other people for the job! Together we are a formidable teaching machine.
Yeah! I know that must be such a relief! What a way to begin the summer, knowing that a neat, happy job awaits you as the season changes to fall - but all the fun of summer to be had before!
