Kristina. Try this online course http://www.fearofflyinghelp.com/#enroll

My husband had an awful fear of flying, but after reading/listening to this course several times we managed to fly from UK to Florida. Since then it's been plain sailing... or should I say flying. It's worth listening to all the sounds... that really helped my hubby. Now HE tells ME what's happening on a flight!

I don't have a list of things to do.... I'm just trying to do them.

Wowsers. I brainstormed a list like this a few weeks ago. It's so nice to see what other people's lists look like, too. Top at my list is probably to beat my flying phobia, which I'm working on, and which will open up so many more doors and make crossing other things off the list (such as traveling and seeing my family more often) much easier. Small things: taking thermoses of hot tea and a china cup along when hiking - such a fun thing to do - pull out my sketchpads again - and lots and lots of others.

I love lists, too. Good luck on yours. Keep us posted!

Hey, what a beaut list. I've left my runnin' a bit late for many of my things on a wish-list, but I hope there's still time to publish that book that nearly got published! As for travel - yes - I want to see more Pacific Islands but that long haul by plane to Europe - no way I could sit on a plane that long. My main wish these days is for my kids and grandkids to be healthy, safe, and find a passion in life as well as great friends.

Isabel Allende....you mean Isabel Allende. I say this because you wrote about her once before and I hunted like a crazy person and finally figured it out that you misspelled her name. I found out who she was and I'm greatful. I thank you for turning me on to her.

I'm a list fan too, and enjoy putting one together every few years so I can see how it changes. About Prague - do visit! It's a beautiful city and there are lots of ways of escaping the crowds and really seeing it that I'd be so happy to pass along.

I've followed a bit of Mighty Girl's list. I might tackle my own soon. I've tackled a few things on my list.

I wrote a "100 things" list, similarly shaped, out of deep depression last winter. It gave me a lot of momentum to pull myself up and out of a failing marriage and focus on where I'm going instead of where I was and where I'd been. I think it is interesting that our lists overlap on a few things: write and publish a book, live in Italy for a year, see the northern lights, microlend.

Other things on my list: learn to play the cello, plant a night-blooming garden, learn how to make cheese from scratch, do yoga every day, do guerrilla art.

I printed out my list and stuck it in the back of my journal. Whenever I'm feeling down or stuck, I read it again and pick one thing to work toward.
